Cancelation Policy: If you contact Alex at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, there is no cancellation fee. A cancellation notice less than 48 hours before your service will result in 50% of your service cost being charged to the card on file. If cancellation notice is not given, your on-file card will be charged for the full service amount.

Winter Weather Policy: I care about your safety and understand bad weather happens. Please pay attention to the upcoming forecast, if you feel like you are going to be unable to make your appointment due to weather notify me 24 hours in advance.

Deposits: All new clients must have a card on file. A deposit is required at the time of booking. Your deposit will be applied towards your service cost. If you cancel your service, your deposit will not be refunded.
